2. PRICE LIST
2.1. The prices of products sold in the shopping environment are all in euros and include VAT (20%). Prices indicated in the shopping environment do not include shipping and / or transport costs.
2.2. The shipping costs will be displayed to the Customer in the shopping cart after clicking the “Go to checkout” button. Delivery is free for orders above 50€.
2.3. Premium Brands OÜ reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer placed his or her order before the price changes took effect, then the price shown on the invoice at the moment of placing the order applies to him or her.

3. SHOPPING CART AND PLACING AN ORDER
3.1 Select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart. The order can be placed as a guest (one-time purchase, where the data is saved for only one purchase) or as a registered user. The default quantity of a ordered product is 1. Then press the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button. Once you have filled in the contact form, click the PLACE ORDER button. Next, choose the method of transport and payment that suits you best.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. The owner of the online store is the accountable processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
3.2. The Customer’s shopping cart is created the moment he or she has clicked the ADD TO CART button.
3.3. Adding a product to the shopping cart does not oblige the Customer to buy any products.
3.4. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
3.5. The products in the shopping cart are also available to other Customers until the order is confirmed.
3.6. To place an order, the Customer clicks the PLACE ORDER button.
3.7. When placing an order, the Customer chooses the most suitable delivery method and checks the accuracy of the recipient and payer data.
3.8. The trouble-free delivery of the products purchased by the Customer depends on the accuracy of the order information. After clicking the CONFIRM ORDER button, the system will issue an invoice, which can be paid immediately via the payment center.
4.1. When placing an order, the Customer can choose the most suitable delivery method from the given options.
4.2. Premium Brands OÜ undertakes to inform the Customer of any changes regarding the delivery time as soon after receiving the information as possible. Generally, the goods will be shipped within three days of receipt of payment.
4.3. Premium Brands OÜ is responsible for the ordered goods during transportation. As soon as the goods are picked up from the parcel machine, the risk of damage and / or loss of the goods passes to the Customer.
4.4. If the Customer does not pick up the goods before the deadline prescribed by the postal company, the Customer has to cover all the resulting costs related to the return of the parcel or long-term storage and other costs that may arise.
4.5. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data forwarded by Premium Brands OÜ. If the Customer has provided incorrect data and therefore does not receive the goods, the service provider is not responsible for any problems that may arise. If the goods are returned to Premium Brands OÜ, Premium Brands OÜ will re-post the goods once the Customer pays the additional shipping fee. If the Customer does not pay the additional shipping fee within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and the Customer will be refunded. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
5. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND
5.1. Premium Brands OÜ has the right to cancel the Customer’s order if the invoice has not been paid.
5.2. Premium Brands OÜ has the right to refuse to sell the goods to the Customer if the goods have run out of stock and it is not possible to order more. In this case, Premium Brands OÜ shall immediately notify the Customer of the situation.
5.3. Premium Brands OÜ cannot cancel the order after sending the goods.
5.4. If the goods are not suitable or do not meet the Customer’s expectations, he or she has the right to return them within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In case of a defective product, a corresponding letter must be sent to the e-mail address email@example.com. The returned goods must be undamaged, unused, labeled, in the original packaging and properly packed. The money for the returned goods will be returned to the Customer’s bank account within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by Premium Brands OÜ.
5.5. The Customer has to cover the costs of returning the goods.
5.6. If the Customer wishes to exchange the returned product for another product, the Customer has to cover the shipping costs related to the returned product. Premium Brands OÜ pays a one-time fee for shipping a replacement product. The Customer has to pay for each subsequent product exchange.
