No coloring or preservatives have been used to preserve Greenday products.
The Greenday fruit and vegetable drying process uses oil, vacuum and low temperature. Most of the oil can be removed from processed fruits and vegetables, and the quality of the oil used is maintained due to the low temperature of the baking process. This process reduces the amount of carcinogens and preserves the original taste, color and nutrient content of the products. The 2% processed oil used in the process is rice bran oil, that is heat resistant and one of the highest quality oils.
Products, that have been freeze-dryed, do not contain added sugar or other additives. The products have retained their shape, taste and all the vitamins and minerals!
